1、三相(xiang)電源(yuan)異(yi)步電動伸縮機運轉外接電源(yuan)電壓值過(guo)高
當電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)外(wai)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)源模(mo)塊(kuai)功率電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)過高時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)反電(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢、磁(ci)(ci)通(tong)及(ji)磁(ci)(ci)通(tong)容重(zhong)均隨后不斷增強。會因(yin)為(wei)鐵不足的(de)(de)長寬(kuan)與磁(ci)(ci)通(tong)容重(zhong)每(mei)平方米成比例,則鐵不足加大(da),會出現(xian)鐵心發(fa)(fa)燙。而磁(ci)(ci)通(tong)加大(da),又(you)誘發(fa)(fa)勵磁(ci)(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)功率食用量逐漸加大(da),出現(xian)定子變(bian)頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)繞線銅損(sun)不斷增強,使(shi)(shi)變(bian)頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)繞線發(fa)(fa)燙。因(yin)而,外(wai)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)源模(mo)塊(kuai)功率電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)可超過電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)額定的(de)(de)功率電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)時,會使(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)發(fa)(fa)燙,甚至會會出現(xian)變(bian)頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)燒掉。
2、主(zhu)機電源電阻過低
電(dian)(dian)原端電(dian)(dian)壓過低(di)時,若直流電(dian)(dian)傾向的(de)電(dian)(dian)磁能電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)扭矩穩(wen)定(ding)不便(bian),磁通將有效降低(di),電(dian)(dian)機(ji)旋(xuan)轉葉直流電(dian)(dian)根據(ju)增(zeng)多(duo),定(ding)子直流電(dian)(dian)中裝載電(dian)(dian)原凈重一起增(zeng)多(duo),產生繞線(xian)的(de)銅損耗量(liang)增(zeng)多(duo),導致定(ding)、電(dian)(dian)機(ji)旋(xuan)轉葉線(xian)圈(quan)超溫。
3、外(wai)接電源電壓值(zhi)有誤稱
當電線(xian)一相(xiang)斷路、商業保險絲一相(xiang)短路,或閘刀打火設施角頭燒傷因受一相(xiang)不暢,都將會(hui)造成相(xiang)電壓電動(dong)機走兩相(xiang)電,因受啟(qi)動(dong)的二相(xiang)線(xian)圈用大(da)電流量經過熱(re),及(ji)至(zhi)損壞。如(ru)此(ci),針對(dui)相(xiang)電壓伺服電機一樣(yang) 不適應用短路器去保證。
